In return for a commission, we cover the rent and the bills (like electricity and water), and also provide you with comprehensive insurance. You can use our reputation to further your own, and we will help you with advertising too.

Our salon is modelled on a New York loft apartment - so it’s incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for you to express your creativity. Openness is also a feature of our working culture. The team at Pearl work together in the decision making for the salon. When we meet, we brainstorm ideas and are open to suggestions from everyone. We talk through changes and want everyone to feel part of a decision.
